when these 2 little guys popped out of their car, i knew this was going to be good. these big eyes looked up, told me his name and "i'm 4 and 1/2". fantastic. we're ready to go. family picture first. that can be tough sometimes with a 4 year old and a 1 year old...not today! we had such great luck, such happy boys- i couldn't believe it. we got alot more than i thought we would (we said 1 was the goal- ha!) and here are just a few...my favorites are always the most natural, candid, catching them when they aren't even aware the camera is clicking pictures...just talking and chatting about ice cream and pizza, birthday's and the park...and how fast you can run, of course. dad was a true, blue sport (ha!) wow...your energy and enthusiasm are apparant in your images! i can't wait for the rest!
fun tip: go bright and bold on your color selection! color is fun... it's summer and vibrant is FUN! (love this mom's blue selection from above)
another idea to keep in mind for summer photo shoots...drag your backyard swimming pool into the shade, fill it up, grab the swimsuits, bring out the hose and we'll do your photo session in your own backyard. pack a picnic lunch or snack and we'll finish the session eating on a blanket in your backyard. easy, comfy, and no outfit choices necessary- just their swimsuits!
