and isn't that true? wow! look at these 3 boys... i cannot wait to get their proofs up and online asap. i'm hurrying.... ah!!

here i go...

almost one year ago, i had my first "official" shoot over memorial day weekend. wow. seems hard to believe. in one year, so much has changed.... the one thing that has not changed is that i truly believe i have found my passion. i absolutely love capturing moments of peoples lives. after trying so many different professions... (remember pampered chef? ha! the pizza crust that flew across the room? definitely not my forte)... i believe 100% that i have found what i love.

a few weeks ago i had the amazing opportunity to attend an f-stop workshop in boulder, colorado with 2 absolutely fantastic photographers: jenna walker and james christianson. wow. it was a real turning point for me. i met the greatest people and photographers, learned so much- wow... what i learned... what i learned...lots about color, software, my camera, lighting... the list could go on and on.

and to all of you in this past year that let me photograph you, your children, your families, your pets, everybody- thanks so much for believing in me and giving me a shot. i really hope all of you know how much i appreciate you. you'll see lots of your photos here...so check here and see the fun photos and people i get to meet. it is so great. here are a few of my favorites... i will post more as i get more savvy at this. watch out! ha!
